What is the Bägel basement?

Back in 2010, I had a website section titled “basement,” where I offered works for sale. The Bägel basement was conceived as a way to offer original works, as well as prints or other multiples, at “artist direct’ prices.

I’ll never forget the tale of legendary artist Sue Coe pricing prints at tiered levels, not because they were of any different value, but in order to make artworks of the same caliber available at varied price points. In that spirit, I will be adding things from time to time that are priced especially low. 

Please take a look at the collection. It is on-going and evolving. If there is anything that catches your eye, but is unavailable or beyond current means please don’t hesitate to be in touch. My desire is to make accessible to people the work they want.
